This oversized door is a large flexible stacking hangar door, designed for extra-wide and extra-tall large openings. It adopts soft curtain stacking lifting structure. When opening, the door curtain folds and stacks upward along the top of the doorway, without occupying horizontal space on both sides of the gate.

Core Structure

1. Flexible Door Curtain: Usually made of high-strength PVC coated fabric, tear-resistant, waterproof and windproof. Multiple transverse reinforcing belts are equipped on the curtain to enhance overall structural strength.

2. Lifting & Stacking System: Driven by industrial motor, the door curtain folds layer by layer and stacks at the top of the opening when lifting.

3. Side Guide Rails: Vertical guide rails on both sides limit the curtain running track to prevent curtain deviation.

4. Safety Devices: Optional infrared safety sensor, emergency stop button, wind-resistant reinforcing components and remote control system.
